Terry Mulkins is very knowledgeable and was very patient with us. Since we had a limited budget, the houses we found online in our price range were not in the best condition. Terry did the digging for us prior to setting up a showing to see if it was worth our time to look at. Terry took three different Saturday trips with us to the Delaware beach area and scheduled 5 properties per trip. On the third trip down, we saw a property that we felt was right for us. Terry jumped in and worked with the sellers agent while guiding us to write up the perfect offer. Our offer was accepted. During the process from offer to closing, Terry guided us and had our backs the entire time! We couldn't have done this without him.
