Terry Mulkins is an excellent agent, in my opinion he went above and beyond what a good real estate agent would normally do. His efforts to sell both my properties was outstanding; his knowledge of the local markets (DE and MD) was a great assistance in selling both properties quickly and for an amount above both listing prices. It was a pleasure to work with Terry, his efforts while I was out of town for the sale of the MD property were greatly appreciated. I would recommend Terry to anyone who is buying or selling property in the MD/DE/PA areas.
