Terry was recommended by my daughter as Terry had sold a house for her. Terry went above and beyond selling my house as I was located out of state, Terry stepped in and worked with my handyman and his wife to do any repairs that were needed in order to sell. Terry went out of her way and used a lot of her time to meet with repair people and see that everything was done properly. She negotiated a good price for my house with good terms and I would be more than willing to recommend her to anyone to sell their property.
