Working with Terry and his team was good all-around experience -- especially if you are considering a 1031 exchange. In spite of the fact that we live over 120 miles away, they made everything easy for us. There were only two times that really necessitated our coming down to the San Diego area -- our initial face-to-face meeting, and then again for a replacement property inspection (your mileage may vary depending upon your own comfort level on "needing to be there.")
