Had some difficulties with repairs to the property that were finally resolved. Received only one offer well below asking. Expected more in this market but disappointed with the lack of advice. Had difficulty showing the property because of structural problems. Removed it from the market because of those problems a couple of times. Received only one offer, well below asking.
