I never had to call her. She was a great communicator! We received more than we thought we would and the house sold faster than I thought it would. She is very, very thorough and conscientious. Her professionalism is above reproach and I highly recommend her to anybody who is looking to sell your home!
Terry has endless avenues in which she searches or list your home, it’s not just local. She has the ability to reach far beyond your local area to showcase your home. She’s there for you to answer questions gives excellent advice on things that helps you sell your house and get the most for your money. This was the second time that Terry represented me in selling my house, and both times I was impressed with her determination, knowledge, and caring about the clients she serves. She's a "straight shooter", meaning she will tell you exactly what to expect. She doesn't sugar coat it. That is one of the many attributes I appreciate in Terry. She will also go the extra mile for you. I was living cross country (2000 miles away) when I got an email from the HOA where my house was that I was in violation for weeds in my front yard. I called Terry asking if she knew of any lawn care service she would recommend to me to take care of the weeds for me. My house was 40 miles away from Las Vegas in a small town with hardly any services. Terry, being the straight shooter that she is, told me I wouldn't be able to get any lawn service come way out to my home, and I find one they would most likely to charge me a "arm and a leg". She told me she would herself take of care of the weeds herself. She took care of the weeds not once, but twice! Terry is very knowledgeable in the field. Every question I had she knew the answer. There was a stretch that my house wasn’t getting any viewings. Terry assured me that our asking price was at the right amount and be patient. True to her we got an offer at the asking price! I recommended my couple of my neighbors, who might be moving, about hiring Terry McBerty as their realtor. The only thing was disappointed about this was that I couldn’t hired Terry as my Realtor in the new state/city that I now live in.
