Our house was significantly older than others in the area and was on the historic register. WE purchased 8 years ago and the previous owners had it on the market 8 years. We tried to sell 5 years ago with no success. Terry was our choice because her analytic approach to pricing and marketing made sense. She was helpful, calm and when we needed direction she provided it. Her work and that of the team made our experience so wonderful. The house sold in 24 hours and her expert guidance worked. I would recommend her to anyone. Difficult propertis such as ours need an expert.

Can I sum up Terry Madden Myers in under 2000 characters? Not likely, but I will try. The answers to all favorable questions is a resounding “YES!” Expertise? YES! Strategy? YES! Set realistic expectations? YES! Did she go above and beyond my expectations? YES! (and I am an anal retentive, workaholic, Loan Officer so my expectations were extremely high from the start). Communication and responsiveness? Through the roof! Would I recommend Terry or use her services again? Not even up for debate. Would I recommend her? To every single person I know and will know. Would I place a “TMM for President” bumper sticker on my rear windshield? YES! By the time Terry and I wrapped-up selling my home, I felt I had made a new best friend, member of my family, and a mentor I could call on down the road. I’d give all the stars in the sky if I could to this review but it only lets Terry have five of them. If Superwoman was a real estate agent, her name would be Terry Madden Myers. Get her on your side before the other folks do!

I was up a tree about my moving and the effort involved. Terry assured me it would work out. The movers were helpful and knew the kind of downsizing I had in front of me which I heard but did not accept. I brought too much. I needed help and a list of moving helpers would have been invaluable. The movers even wondered what good Gary was to do. Totally useless by all eyes including my handy man. Terry kept me abreast of timing. The packers did a great job and were timely.

Therefore she doen't waste time with a client until she thinks she something that "is just what the client is looking for". Therefore since she knows the market and she knows the current inventory she proceeds to make more and better sales.
