Terry has been a wonderful realtor and more--she became a very good confidant and friend. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about things to look for and watch out for when I was looking for a house. She also gave me a lot of extra information about the areas such as services offered by the city, pros and cons of various features the house and the neighborhood had, and finding good mortgage companies and insurance companies. Even after I closed, she was helpful in finding contractors to paint, fix things, etc. to get the house ready to move in. Every time I had some questions, I could just email her or text her and she always responds with helpful suggestions. Although I was mainly working with Terry, her partner, Robert also helped me out once in a while, especially when Terry was busy. He was also nice and helpful. I feel very lucky that I had Terry and Robert as my realtors.

We worked with Terry & Rob Kowsaluk in the Winter 2016 & Spring 2017 to purchase a coop and sell our home, and we couldn't have been more pleased! When purchasing our coop Terry & Rob were wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along. They are very responsive and we had a great experience!
