Ugliest house in the best neighborhood

It took us over a year to find a house. During this time, Terry was very patient. He is not only a realtor but a contractor as well. We found a fixer-upper in a beautiful neighborhood, a diamond in the rough, and his contractor knowledge was invaluable. We gutted the whole house and remodeled it to our liking. He advised us, and gave us assessments on how much home-improvement costs would be. He put us in contact with the people he does business with and we were able to get items at a fraction of the price. He was very generous with the loan of his trailer that we needed for multiple trips to the dump. Without Terry‘s expertise and guidance, there’s no way we would have bought this home. Through this whole process, Terry was always professional and very nice. Thank you Terry for being with us every step of the way!
