It took us over a year to find a house. During this time, Terry was very patient. He is not only a realtor but a contractor as well. We found a fixer-upper in a beautiful neighborhood, a diamond in the rough, and his contractor knowledge was invaluable. We gutted the whole house and remodeled it to our liking. He advised us, and gave us assessments on how much home-improvement costs would be. He put us in contact with the people he does business with and we were able to get items at a fraction of the price. He was very generous with the loan of his trailer that we needed for multiple trips to the dump. Without Terry‘s expertise and guidance, there’s no way we would have bought this home. My husband and I wanted to sell our house and chose Terry because he had sold a house in our neighborhood quickly and for significantly above asking price. He knew how to market our house. He, with the help of his lovely photographer wife, put beautiful pictures of our house on the internet and simultaneously had the for sale sign put in our yard with a beautiful flyer. He immediately scheduled an open house for real estate agents and brokers with a second for the public. Needless to say, our house sold immediately and for above asking price with our choice of buyers. He was responsive when we wanted to see a house during our sale and purchase of new house. He even helped us fix fans, garage door opener and anything broken in both old and new house.
