When I contacted Terry I wasn't really sure that I wanted to sell the house or if it really was the right option. He was able to present me with all the information I needed without making it overwhelming. He prepared a packet giving me market value, selling options, how to prepare for the sale and so on. He was timely with all correspondence and always translated anything I didn't understand. I was able to sell my home for way over asking price on my terms!
