We just recently sold a property through Success Realty. The experience was great. The realtors were able to sell for a good price and in a very short time. They also took care of all the details.

Terry helped us purchase our first house back in 2014, so when we decided to upgrade this year (2021), she was the first person we called. Our first experience with Terry was wonderful, and this time was no different. Terry has the knowledge and experience required to navigate the crazy bay area market. We were also fortunate to have Alex on our team this time around. Alex is a very hard worker and always maintains an extremely positive attitude. After our initial call, we setup a meeting with Terry to discuss how to proceed. Terry laid out the entire process for us, including how to sell our current home, explaining the contingency process and when we should start searching for a new property. Within a matter of weeks, Terry sold our home for well above list price. At this point, we started our search for a new home with the peace of mind that we were protected with our seller's contingency.
