Outstanding Performance
Not only did Terry use her knowledge to sell our house, she helped in us buying the house we moved into. When talking to other realtors and they ask what you want for a new house, they email you a mass of listing of houses chosen through criteria they select by checking boxes on an app. You get houses you’re not interested in and becomes a waste of time. Terry carefully went through the listings and sent us only houses we were interested in. She even drove by them first to see they looked as good as the pics. This sped the process up faster for us to buy and sell our home. We did not look at houses we weren’t interested in. Her passion for the real estate business and the personal care she takes, I recommend her to everyone.
