We really enjoyed the experience with Terry. We wanted an expert on Cobb County and she is exactly that. Her knowledge of school districts across the county, as well as several incredible neighborhoods/pockets throughout all areas of the county made our decision difficult. She showed us a lot of great homes. We were able to find our dream home in one (really full day) Saturday. It was a remote purchase for us as we are living out of state and she made it easy to navigate from afar. We enjoyed her company. We'd recommend her to anyone in this area and will definitely rely on her for any future real estate needs.
