It was very clear how honest and sincere Terry was. He was readily available which was not the case with other experiences I have had. Terry was completed involved in the whole process and my wife and I really appreciated his support,advice and attention to our unique needs as this was a more complicated transaction than what is typical. I would recommend Terry Clark friends and family. I feel very lucky because my home came on the market on a Friday and Terry was able to show the home on a Sunday before making an offer on a Monday. There was a lot of competition but this gave us an edge. I could not be any more happy about how the entire process went!!
