I used Terry Bell to sell my Mother's home. She is a go-getter! She pursued me for the listing and I am grateful she did! She treated the sale of this house like it was her own. She was thorough in all her explanations and was actively "working" hard to sell her home at every turn. I loved her immediate feedback from showings (which I know she had to chase down herself), and I especially loved the contact communication and contact she kept with me during the process. I would definitely say she is a "hands-on" agent and will work her hard for you, even above her own needs, to make her clients happy.
