Terry is very knowledgeable about the market and what appeals to buyers. He told us what we needed to change and did a great job walking us through the comps to recommend the proper price. He shows excellent attention to detail and took care of virtually everything. I didn't have to call him once to see if we should be doing something about moving the sale along. He really pegged what needed to be changed in our house in an economical manner. He worked a lot of hours in handling folks that responded to the "coming soon" signs. As a result, we had a contract in about 24 hours after it officially went on the market.
