Terris and Tracey Cooper were on top of every move needed to be made. Any time there was a question a phone call to them and within hours no longer than a day the issue was resolved. They also kept us up to date on a daily basis with frequent phone calls to explain what was next or what needed to be done next. Phone calls were made to alert us to documents that needed to be signed and returned which was very beneficial. They were a pleasure to work with!!!
