Buying a home is supposed to be exciting, but our purchase came with an unexpected challenge that could have easily ended the transaction. Thankfully, we had an exceptional realtor by our side. Early in the process, she noticed a potential issue with the property's boundaries and immediately went into action. She persisted until a survey was completed, which revealed that the garage did not meet the required setback from the property line. As a result, the sellers had to purchase additional land from multiple property owners before the sale could move forward. What could have been a deal-breaker became a successful closing because of her knowledge, persistence, and commitment. Throughout the process, she kept us informed, explained every step, and made sure we always understood our options. Her determination and professionalism gave us confidence during what could have been an incredibly stressful experience.
