My husband and I bought and sold houses with Terri. Our experiences were exceptional. In selling our house, Terri came over and told us what we should do to make it easier to sell. She told us which rooms we should paint, what furniture we should remove and how we could stage it with the things we aleady owned, and she gave us a guide that she had written. In buying a home, the first house in which we had a contract fell through because of mold issues, but Terri worked so hard in making the situation work out. We ended up walking away, but she certainly worked long hours, especially since the sellers were not represented by a realtor and were selling the house on their own. She patiently continued to work with us and was almost always able to show us homes when we wanted to. We did find the right house for us and are so grateful to all the time that Terri dilligently spent with us through the very difficult process of moving after 31 years in the same community.
