Terri believes strongly in the adage "love what you do and all else will follow." Working in the real estate industry and having the opportunity to facilitate home ownership with the families and individuals she serves, is fundamentally rewarding…and fun! Terri focusses on their success and goals by guiding them through what is possibly the biggest financial decision of their lives.
She began her real estate career in 2003 with Prudential Americana and now calls Carlton Holland Realty her home base. Terri has four years of experience with raising seed capital for commercial and residential real estate developments, totaling over $67 million, throughout Nevada, California, and Idaho.
Terri had the pleasure of helping Innovative Real Estate Strategies grow and build their office infrastructure. She managed the operations for ten years and worked side by side with the broker/owner in the handling of the business. Over her tenure there, one of her favorite parts was the writing and production of the promotional videos and events. Much to Terri's joy, it fed the creative side of her writing/production background. It was her introduction and education to the world of YouTube and online video content.
In addition, she worked with investors to purchase, rehab, and rent properties. Terri had the opportunity to partner with a top Broker in Las Vegas and work with a portfolio of investors to successfully acquire/rehab over 300 homes, strategizing property holding procedures and analysis to managing 90-to-120-day flips.
Terri believes in the idea of strength in community. First and foremost, her family, but also her community family, both local and global. She is active in outreach groups from leadership and personal development volunteering to local food drives to women’s shelters. She believes it takes a village with a foundation of mutual respect, courage, responsibility…most importantly love.
