Terri helped us from start to finish with the recent sale of our home! We were under contract the first weekend we went on the market. She made sure that everything went seamlessly and remained in communication at all times. It is so important for me to understand what is going on behind the scenes so I know everything is going smoothly. Terri was extremely professional and I cannot recommend her enough!

Terri was very helpful through the entire process of selling my home. She kept all parties informed of the status during the process. She got involved in the process when necessary on tasks normally not done by the agent. I highly recommend Terri for your Real Estate Agent needs.

I have to say, even after my wife convinced me it was time to sell our house and look for something different, there was still some concern for how the process would go. And on top of that, we were at the beginning stages of a pandemic. But Terri put all of those concerns to the wayside with here ability to keep us fully informed, and give her professional opinions, while still allowing us to have final say in all matters. I write this review 8 months after the sale, and 7 months after we purchased our new house. And can say with all certainty that Terri truly cares about our best interest. She has reached out serval times via phone call and text to ask how the family is and how things are going. There is not a doubt in my mind "I now have a person" when it comes to selling/buying a house. It almost makes me feel like a grown-up to be able to be able to say that. (Trust me, I am still a kid at heart) 5 stars all the way around, its been a pleasure to work with Terri.

I would not hesitate to recommend Terri to anyone who would need assistance in selling a house. She not only is very knowledgeable, but is very quick in responding to any concerns one may have.
