I have been working with Terri for over a year looking to downsize for my husband and me. However, when my mom moved to congregate living, my siblings and I felt that we needed to sell the house in order to provide for her care. I contacted Terri and explained what we wanted to do but it was about 3 months before we were ready to seriously act. Terri called and explained the market to me and suggested that we act quickly. Charles lives in New Hampshire and my sister in Tennessee. Terri was always willing to make herself available for times convenient to all 3 of us when we first met and also when we reviewed the offers. Terri encouraged us to move swiftly and she was so right. Within 2 weeks of agreeing to give her the listing, we had an open house weekend and then the following Tuesday all offers were in and we decided which offer to accept. Being the only one local, I really appreciated her telling me what I had to do in the upcoming week and her help meeting inspectors for me, etc. I never could have met all the deadlines were it not for her cues and follow up. She was awesome and always positive and encouraging. We passed papers today. I will be calling Terri when my husband and I decide to finally sell our home. And I will highly recommend her to anyone who is going through the process of selling or buying a property.
