I was not familiar with buying a house and she guided me and answered all my questions without making me feel uncomfortable. She listened to what I wanted and gave me suggestions that I had not thought of. My phone calls were answered right away or very shortly after. She never seemed to be in a hurry, which helped my nerves. I don't think I could have made it through the process with another agent. I would recommend her highly to anyone. I know she will make the selling of my house with the same attitude.

Terri was phenomenal to work with from the first time we contacted her until the day we closed on our home. Our first visit to Cape Girardeau, Terri took us around town and really helped us see the beautiful neighborhoods and amenities. When we returned and had only a few days to view and make an offer on a home, Terri was armed with houses we'd selected and pocket listings not yet on the market. We ended up buying one of those pocket listings and received excellent support throughout the process. As we've transitioned in to the community, Terri has been instrumental in our settling in - she's helped identify local support and even pitched in herself for some tasks we couldn't have accomplished from out of state. Our attorney referred us to Terri, after we tried to sell an "as is" house by ourselves. This is a beautiful property, located in a high-end subdivision on a nearly acre wooded lot, directly on the lake; very desirable, except my late mother never through anything out, and given it was one of the first built in this subdivision in 1971, it needed updating, and finding a person to buy an "as is" house for cash is an even more challenging situation. Within a day of putting it on the market, we had an offer, they backed out, we had a second, she back out after 30 days, and finally, we got a great offer for less than we were asking, but more than we expected. It went on the market 11/18/24 and we closed on 2/3/25 however, was it actually up for sale only about 10 days due to the time wasted with the 2 buyers who backed out. We were extremely happy with Terri and would highly recommend her! I can be a difficult person to work with, but she was relentless to find us that cash buyer. Whether it was 7am or 10pm, Terri would always keep us posted and was so quick to do contracts, answer questions, etc. She responds to texts, emails, straight-away, and was always very friendly and considerate. We cannot say enough great things about her! We will hopefully be using her in the future when looking for investment property.
