We used Terry Osborn to sell our home in Spring Hill Florida. .Basically our home sold within five days. Closed within 30 days.- the photos and 3-D walk-through of the house was phenomenal and as you know, a picture says 1000 words . Terri is the agent you want working with you she is a buyers agent as well as a sellers agent. She is super organized ,patient and motivated as well as quick to respond to all inquiries and emails..gets back to you very quick as her communication skills are top notch . She’s got the whole package and will handle things in an urgent and orderly manor and put your mind at ease while doing so.
