Terri is the greatest and I highly recommend her services. Our house went up for sale during covid. She got us under contract in two weeks. When the buyers lender wasn't following through because of covid Terri followed up and took our stress away. We moved out of state before closing and a storm did some damage and our lawn needed mowed. She got us a repairman and a mower. She cares and it shows.
Terri took charge of our listing and went right to work on listing, and showing it to potential buyers. After recommending a price to my family she followed up promptly with paperwork and was also very responsive to all questions that were sent her way. The home sold in a very short period of time. We did not have to lift a finger, Terri did all of the work for su and made it look easy. I would definitely recommend her to any seller or buyer in Delaware and beyond.
