We connected with Terri through a cold call to her agency requesting to see a particular property (land) while in the area on vacation. We met a couple of days later and saw 5 properties, including our original request. She was great to work with and patient as we figured out that buying land and going through the building process and hour and a half away from our permanent residence was likely not for us.
