Excellent realtor. Highly Recommend. My wife and I decided to sell our house with Terri after I accepted a job out of state. We knew from the moment we met with her that she would be the one to sell our home. From day 1 she was very personable and genuine with a can do attitude. We told her we wanted our house sold as quickly as possible (due to relocation to another state), and she did just that. At the time, the housing market in the area was no doubt a “buyers” market. We figured it would be very difficult to sell right away at the price we wanted, but thru Terri’s hard work and dedication to my wife and I, she proved selling our home at the right price was easy. She also did an excellent job handling all of the negotiating and paperwork that came with selling our house. Being that my wife and I were relocating, we often were out of town unable to assist Terri in getting our home prepared for potential buyers. This didn’t even faze her. She did an amazing job coordinating and doing everything she could to sell our home while we were out of town. We listed our home in late June, and we accepted an offer 2 weeks later. We were shocked at how quick Terri was able to find a buyer at the price we were asking. We learned a lot about selling our house thru Terri and would put her up against the best realtors any day of the week. It was too bad we couldn’t take her with us to help us buy a home in our new state. If anyone wants their house sold quickly, at a good price, thru a realtor that values your input and gives everything when selling your house, Terri is your person! My wife and I think she did an amazing job selling our house and recommend her to anyone looking to sell.
