I highly recommend Terri to anyone looking to buy a home in Boston's northern suburbs and the surrounding area. My wife and I worked with Terri to find a house that would accommodate our recently expanded family, and Terri was an invaluable resource during the entire process. She has incredibly detailed knowledge of the towns where we were looking (Melrose, Stoneham, and Wakefield) and was able to tell us about the advantages and disadvantages of neighborhoods where listed properties were located. She was also vigilant about checking out properties before the weekend open houses and offering advice about which properties to skip. Given the limited time we have with two kids, we found this to be particularly valuable. She was also highly responsive when we decided at the last minute that we wanted to see a particular house. Overall, she was just tremendously flexible.<br/><br/>Terri also has a very positive attitude about the negotiation process,understanding that she and the listing agent need to work together to move a deal forward. Along those lines, she even asked the listing agent on our house if she could present our offer in person rather than just via email. Since we were in a multiple offer situation with several similar offers, I'm convinced that this face time gave us a slight edge over other buyers and contributed to us getting the property.<br/><br/>In short, if you're looking to buy in the Melrose-Stoneham-Wakefield area, Terri should definitely be on your short list of realtors to consider.

Terri is a pure professional. She guided us in the right direction, was intelligent, informed, knowledgeable, really down the earth, realistic and above all did not over promise anything, but did deliver exceptionally beyond our expectations. She has a keen sense of attention to detail and made the whole selling process easy for us. She worked with us as a true partner, and made us feel very safe and secure. Her staging ideas were great and not hard to achieve. She really helped make our house shine. We sold our house incredibly fast by taking Terri's advice, and everything went flawlessly for all of us. I would certainly highly recommend using Terri for all of your house selling and buying needs. We will be using Terri again (right away) for the next part of our housing journey.
