I met Terri through mutual friends after my mother passed away. My brother and I live out of state and needed to sell my mother's home. After our first meeting with Terri we were immediately comfortable with her. We had to make the trip back up to Wisconsin several times to clean out our mother's house and get it ready for sale. Trying to sell a house from out of state is HARD! Terri was with us every step of the way and immediately kept us apprised of any "issues" that needed to be addressed. My mother would have loved her! In the end, Terri negotiated a great price for us and we were very happy. Terri and her team are prompt, reliable and professional. She went over and beyond our expectations and I am proud to know her.
