Not only did she have the patience to show us dozens of homes all around the Knoxville area over many months, but she took the time to tell us about each town and neighborhood that we were looking at. For most of our search, we were still living at our old home in another state. She took the time to give us virtual walkthroughs, literally walking through potential properties on video chat, showing us the good & the bad of each one. She made the best use of our time when we came out here, packing a bunch of houses into each day. Throughout the purchasing process, she made it as easy as possible. We were out of town for all of it, but she made sure it went smoothly, every step! She knows real estate and she knows Eastern Tennessee. I could not imagine working with any other realtor out here. Thanks to her, we found our perfect home.

We first used Terri to help our son buy his first home. He was 18 at the time and other agents told him all the reasons he couldn't purchase a home.
