Terri was wonderful from the very first house...

Terri was wonderful from the very first house she showed me all the way threw to the end of my settlement.. and even helped answer question after that! I was a first time home buyer with very little knowledge of the process of buying a home. Terri was extremely thorough in explaining everything so that I not only understood but so that I also felt comfortable in signing paperwork that at first seemed like a totally different language to me. We looked at a number of different houses and in the process she really listened to what I wanted and got a feel for what I was looking for. She sent me a message one morning with a link to a home that was not yet on the market but that would be coming on soon, and told me that we had to see it and that she wanted us to be the first to do so on the day it went on the market. At 8am on the day it was listed we stepped foot into my dream house and put an offer on it right after! The house had everything I had wanted and more and both Terri and I knew the second we stepped foot in it that this was the house for me! Throughout the entire experience she was extremely patient with me answering all of my questions and planning times for showings and inspections around my hectic work schedule. I can not express my gratitude for everything Terri taught me and did for me during this stressful time of being a first time home buyer and I truly felt as though she looked out for me and treated me as if I was her own family. I'd love to say that I would use her as my agent in the future but she found me my dream home on the first go around! Highly recommended!
