Terri is a precious rarity!

To be completely honest, when we began our journey to find our new home, I was TERRIFIED! We had a bad experience with a realtor in the past, and the thought of going through that all over again was a serious, heavy burden. I was looking online, and came across OJO.com. Of course, they wanted to match us with a Realtor. Since they have a Concierge service, I asked, specifically stating our past experience being reason, that if we had any issues, if we could change from who they "assigned" us. Of course, they said "Absolutely! That's why we have a Concierge, is to accommodate our customers and make them as comfortable as possible." SO - The next thing I know is that I am about to view my first house with a Terri Jackson. We spoke on the phone briefly, first, and although I felt better, I was still somewhat nervous. WOW!! Upon meeting Terri face to face, I knew we had found OUR Realtor! SO kind, understanding, patient, funny, professional, but the best part? 100% GENUINE!! SHE CARED!! She wasn't just wanting to sell another property so she could quickly profit from the sale... She actually SERIOUSLY wanted us to be satisfied and happy with what we found. After all, WE were going to be the ones living there! I can't even remember how many houses we looked at, especially given the market right now, but we put offers on 7 different properties. FINALLY - 2 offers were accepted in the same 24 hours! From nothing to deciding between two houses?! We were overwhelmed! ....but Terri took the time to talk us through the pros and cons of each one, and helped us make the right decision for US. Again, she CARED!! This was NOT a short process, and it took us all Summer to find what was right for us. She not only hung in there with us (when I am sure there were times she wanted to hang me instead). When I got discouraged, she was encouraging, and when I got disappointed, she reminded me that something much better was coming. Terri Jackson - A Realtor who is on YOUR side!!
