Top professional. Her experience and expertise invaluable. Told us some mortgage companies slower than others and sure enough this one required four day delay. When asked she provided good people to do certain things to make our home as marketable as possible. Knows her job. Called us whenever needed even after hours and weekends. Would use her again. Could not have been better.
Terri Jackson is an awesome realtor. She is very professional yet treats and cares for her customers as true freinds. Terri has sold three homes for us. She also helped us lease out homes when the housing market was slow.

Terri was able to get us our home warrienty back from the seller; do to all the push backs. Our closing had to be pushed back 3 time and each time we fully informed why, what and how. Terri was always on time at the closing and showing us houses.Being from up North we dont really deal termites or firer ants, Terri informed us on how to get rid of the ants and spray every year for termites. Terri is more than just an agent...more than just a fellow homeowner or homebuyer. She became friends and family the more we got to know her. It's hard to trust someone....especially someone you only met and know for a few hours. But she was open and honest and really listened. I don't trust a lot of people outside my blood, married, church or military family, but Terri made it into that small circle of people I truly trust.
