I had contacted a realtor prior to Ms. Terri Jackson but discovered early on that she did not have my best interest at heart. I do not have family here and not a lot of local friends. Ms. Jackson responded after I inquired on the web. She listened and was responsive early and continued to accommodate my wishes throughout the process, which is why I kept her as my realtor. Should I need realty services in the future, I would definitely contact her! I highly recommend her to anyone needing services.

The only thing that I can say about Terri Jackson is that she's an outstanding agent She made sure that all my inspectors got into the property she would never late and never minded doing it I would definitely recommend Terri for family friends or anybody else that is looking for investments she will support you until you find the right property as I mentioned before for me there's no other agent

My wife and I can't say enough great things about Terri Jackson as a realtor! We stumbled upon her/Century 21 by chance, and knew immediately Terri was the right realtor for us. She has an incredible amount of local knowledge, has lived in multiple areas around Warner Robins and Bonaire, is extremely friendly and very accessible. We initially tried to contact other agents on Zillow, as well as a few recommended by friends, but none seemed too interested in working with us (or didn't respond at all). Terri walked us through many houses in the course of a week, but never pushed us to buy one we didn't like. She simply provided input and thoughts/recommendations, but left it up to us. We had such confidence in Terri and her understanding of our needs/wants--that we were actually out of town when the house we purchased came on the market. Terri immediately set up a video chat, walked us through, and we put an offer in that evening. Every single recommendation Terri gave us during the entire process was spot on. I was amazed at how well she knew and understood real estate. All of this to say...if you're looking for a realtor, CHOOSE TERRI! She is simply amazing, and helped us buy our first home here in Bonaire, GA.
