As someone who had lived in the same house for fifty years there was a lot to learn about selling a house . Not only was Terri knowledgeable but she was patient about explaining so many things I did not know. Even though we had to lower the selling price due to the condition of my neighbor's yard I was happy with the final price. It enabled me to move into an independent living facility in a timely manner. We did a lot of texting and calling in order to accomplish all the steps necessary. She made the process easy. I have recommended her to my sister's family and she sold that house as well.
