I really enjoyed working with Terri she’s a very hard working realtor that care about her customers. My house wasn’t on the market long before it sold. If I purchase another house I will like Terri to be my realtor.

Terri is simply amazing! Let me start off by saying she sold my sister-in-law a townhome after filling in for her realtor, to be honest, my sister-in-law may still be looking for her home if it weren’t for Terri’s intervention. My husband and I were looking for a home for about 9 months prior to meeting Terri with another realtor— we weren’t happy and decided to give up. After our contract ended my husband mentioned Terri. After our last experience I admit I was apprehensive but Terri won me over during our first visit. I let her know exactly what we wanted and what our newfound expectations were for our realtor. It was close to Thanksgiving and I was pregnant and wanted to be in a home by February (my due date). Terri assured us she could get it done AND SHE DID! Despite having two major holidays, bad weather, and a very pregnant client Terri came overly prepared every time we met for showings and adjusted our home search according to our feedback to each home we saw. She was diligent, prepared, professional, and relatable! She even pointed us in the right direction when it came to recommending lenders, inspectors, and an attorney. We found our home and closed and moved into the property all in less than 2 months— I don’t know how she pulled that off with a picky client like myself but she did! Terri deserves 5/5 stars and will be the only realtor on my recommendation list for a lifetime. She is wonderful and is the epitome of “getting the job done!” I truly can’t say enough positive things about our experience!

Terry worked for ME. She refused lowball offers knowing the dollar amount I would accept and no less. She sold my house As-Is and she wouldn't be pushed around by the buyer's agent seeing the true quality of the house. Terri even suggested wording to protect me that I hadn't considered. I wish I had used her the first time I offered the house for sale under a different agency.
