Terri was very responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and reassuring to us as we navigated the home buying process for our new home. She shows a deep understanding of the real estate and lending markets, conditions, appropriate homes for individual buyers, etc. Terri has an upbeat personality and a "can do" attitude that made the whole home buying and lending process seamless and smooth.
