Terri and her team were great. My wife and I were ready to look into homes and the team started looking right away with urgency. They walked through our options and gave us good suggestions on house buying. They went over used vs new house and then set up tours with no time to waste. They even made a whole orgranized booklet of our copies once we closed. They were very nice and professional throughout the whole process. Very good at communicating as well to ensure we were getting what we want. My wife and I are now homeowners and we can't thank them enough for acting fast and landing a good deal on the house!

First time selling my house I had no clue how to go about selling it. Since the moment I met Terri from New Generation Real Estate Group I knew we made a good choice choosing her. She was professional, very friendly easy to communicate with her making the process smooth and less stressful. She listen to our needs and work with us to make it happen. She answered all questions in a timely manner very quick to respond. She made it very comfortable I was so impressed by Terri’s Real Estate knowledge. It was a pleasure working with Terri.

This was my little family’s FIRST EVER time buying a home! We were extremely lost until Terri and her awesome team of Agents guided us through the WHOLE process and were ALWAYS there when we had a question. From choosing the perfect home to knowing exact details about the area and what’s best in the long run for each home we saw. They were very patient with us and showed us true compassion! We decided to go new construction and they were extremely helpful as we worked with the builders side of everything. Making sure all was accurate on all documents and everything. From spotting the little things like misspelled names on documents to bigger things. They were amazing! We unfortunately did not have a pleasant experience with the builder on the new construction side, like Solar Company’s phone numbers being disconnected on about 4 different lines that the builders told us to call, or having miscommunication about the fence line being replaced, even some items needed to be repaired and no one knew if anything got done when we did inspection with the builders representatives, It was an ABSOLUTE mess, a mess that Terri and her team seriously cleaned up for us and handled some of those items. If you need someone to help, give advice, or simply fight for you during the home buying process, Terri and her team are the ones you need hands down. These lovely Realtors are seriously the best! Thank you Terri and Team, Jordan, Alyssa, and Angelica for seriously helping us out. You all were a pleasure to work with and my beautiful family of recently 3 are now enjoying our forever home and thank you all for our first ever one.

Terri has been a great help and support system in both of my home buys! She carries herself with such honor and is always available and even when I had millions of questions she always helped me understand. Thank you for helping me buy my second home. We truly appreciate you Terri.
