Terri Futch is a true professional! She was 100% prepared prior to listing my condo. She did her homework and presented a full package complete with comps in my area and my development. I was thrilled to list my property with her as she lived in my community and had considerable knowledge that any potential buyer would need. Her marketing was excellent t and my condo sold within a week of listing it. Terri has a wonderful and friendly personality and was so pleasant to work with.
