Above & Beyond is an understatement When we started the process of purchasing a piece of property we never thought anything would really go wrong. Boy were we wrong! Our mortgage company dragged their feet and didn't communicate well. Several extensions were made but Terri stayed strong and worked with the sellers. When we finally had our financials in order the seller needed to extend 2 weeks. In that time frame the spouse was in the hospital. Later the spouse passed away but she worked with the spouse to get the death cert in order for us to close on time. She had to endure more than she had to ever but she is a better realtor for it I'm sure of it! Kept in touch with us every step of the way! HIGHLY recommended
