Terri Daniel was a knowledgeable, supportive professional during this entire process.
Terri remained in regular contact to let me know how the sale was progressing and offering other options to enhance the sale of the property (i.e.) staging the home. When I had questions, she ensured that I had a comprehensive understanding of this process and allowed me to have input as well. Terri made this a seemless transaction and it was clearly due to her commitment to her clients, her expertise and knowledgeable presentation that allowed her to be such a great professional and asset to her profession as a Realtor. I would recommend Terri to anyone who is in the process of buying and/or selling their property because I will know that their needs will be met by a Professional.
