First of all, surprisingly, our house was sold in a matter of days, even before the “Open house”. That’s good and bad as we had not yet purchased another house. This is where Terri and Steve really showed their professionalism and knowledge. Their vast experience, help in finding a place, preparing for the move, and support went beyond the usual. They were very helpful in selling and disposing of unwanted furniture, etc. We were kept notified, almost daily of everything pertaining to the sale. Even when it appeared there would be a delay of the closing, they were able to resolve the issue. Having purchased and sold many homes over the years, and worked with many agents, this experience was one of the easiest and most stress free.
