Terri knows ALL the details of her business, and has perfected a process that manages every detail and provides maximum benefit for her client. She was at our home within hours of us contacting her... with a complete market analysis in hand. Her suggested listing price was higher than our research had indicated. We signed her listing contract... she had already done her research and knew all the details to complete all the disclosure statements etc. She worked around our schedule as we were packing to move out of state. She has preferred vendors for everything that needed to be done... cleaning, repairs etc. Her vendors work to her exacting standards and to both her & our schedules.... NO time is wasted.
