Terri Bowens
We were not pleased with her initial presentation. We actually purchased a property in 2016 where she was the seller (but we were represented by another agent). She appeared pleasing to work with. However, when we saw this current property and contacted her, we were not pleased with her mannerisms. For example, when I would ask her questions about how she could help, her first response was "if you are serious." This is not a professional response that I give to my clients in the industry where I work. The unfortunate part about the entire situation is that, if my memory serves me properly I purchased one of her properties when I was with another agent in 2016. I did not get this type zibe from her at the time. This experience never made it from a phone call. The phrase "if you are serious..." with respect to buying property should be removed from the vocabulary of all customer service professionals. One does not know when a person is serious. She may make many sales, but she will not have the opportunity to represent me as either a buyer or a future seller.
