I can't say enough good about Terri!

Terri was invaluable every step of the way from giving me advice on what would get me the most money out of the property along with supplying me with a detailed and comprehensive analysis of like properties. I had a few delays on preparing the property and she was never pushy. I signed the papers around 3 one afternoon and the property was sold the next day above asking price. I was not just another client to her, she treated me as a friend, and I knew from the start she was always on my side.
