Terri Barnhart

Eighteen years ago we contacted Terri to help us find a house in Portland with an extra unit where our son could live while going to medical school at OHSU. She found us a great house in a terrific location. It wan't even on the market! Over the years Terri supplied pertinent contractor references. In August we asked her to sell the home. She jumped in full speed and sold the house within 5 showings. There were many stressful moments; however, she kept her cool and provided sage advice. We are happy sellers with a happy buyer.

We moved from out of state, and needed a realtor that understood we were on limited time and only wanted to see houses for the two days we were in town. Terri was very proactive and professional about sending us listings as well as listening to our extensive list of demands. Once we made it out to the area she was very friendly, and helpful with helping us understand the different neighborhoods and found us a new construction home that appraised above selling price without wasting any of our time.

I looked at several properties with Terri before closing recently on a one-bedroom house. She had me prepared in all my paperwork before even submitting an offer. She has a great responsive and laid-back vibe, and I felt comfortable asking any questions at all. With her long history of real estate and construction background, as well as living in the area, she was able to speak candidly about aspects of the houses or neighborhoods that I had not known. I feel like she was a true partner in my search for a home, and I would recommend her and use her services again myself, should I choose to get another home in Vancouver.
