Terri helped the reviewer sell this property

Effective partner in dealing with unique issues during the selling process.

We followed Terri's suggestion to have our own pre sale inspection. This was the best investment we could have made. We addressed the issues that were reported and were confident that the house was ready to show. We had several setbacks dealing with potential buyers, one withdrawing just two days before closing and another with a grossly under valuated appraisal. Terri helped us understand the situations and offered options for us to move forward. She was of immeasurable value to the whole experience. Thank you.
