Terri Aulner

We followed Terri's suggestion to have our own pre sale inspection. This was the best investment we could have made. We addressed the issues that were reported and were confident that the house was ready to show. We had several setbacks dealing with potential buyers, one withdrawing just two days before closing and another with a grossly under valuated appraisal. Terri helped us understand the situations and offered options for us to move forward. She was of immeasurable value to the whole experience. Thank you.

I had a great experience working with Terri! She was always available to answer my questions, communicated clearly, and guided me through every step of the process. Thanks to her expertise, I found the perfect home and closed smoothly. I highly recommend Terri to anyone!

Working with Terri from the Aulner home team was fantastic. We were doing an out of state move and she made the process of finding and buying our home a breeze. She was understanding as we looked at different style homes around the Omaha area trying to find that perfect location and home for us. She was available to answer any questions we had and was flexible with us due to the time zone differences. I would give Terri 10 stars if I could.
