My family was looking for a beach house and we contacted Ms Aubain who had a number of properties for sale. She very well-organized multiple properties to see and she was very informative about each one of them. She provided pros and cons and was very transparent to ensure we had all the information we needed to make a decision. By the end of the day, we choose the one that we all liked, and she was instrumental in working with us and the Title Company to complete the transaction timely and successfully. She also provided all contacts for service & utilities as well as tradesmen to assist in any repairs\upgrades required. She followed up during every step and was extremely responsive. I would certainly use Ms Aubain service in the future and recommend her for all my relatives and friends.
